There are two types of options that are available to the investors.
These two options that are utilized in the trading strategies are commonly known as puts and calls. The option put gives he investors the liberty to sell the stocks at the strike prices. The person has this right of selling the stocks before the expiry date of the options. Whereas call options on the other hand provides the investor an opportunity to make purchase of the stocks at the strike prices.
