Fact: No it is not necessary to go to court to obtain compensation. This is because most of the personal injury claims are settled out of court even sooner than litigation.

2. Myth: Claims of compensation claims are multifaceted and time consuming.

Fact: Personal injury claims becomes complicated only in the cases where legal responsibility is an issue. These kinds of claims are often known as compensation claims and are regularly settled within a maximum of 12 months.
3. Myth: Insurance companies are pretty fair and there is no need of lawyer in the process.

Fact: Please note that many of the insurance companies will try to bank costs by discussing in favour for a lower claim. Without the support of a lawyer, one might end up getting unfair compensation in injury claims.

4. Myth: Compensation claim is going to the bank all the way laughing without having to do much.

Fact: Well no, as opposed to the popular belief one can get only a stipulated amount of compensation in injury claims as compensations depend on your economic damages and not non-economic damages such as suffering and pain.
